Returns

 

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent

• The item arrived damaged or defective

 

 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or damage

• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible

 

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
