We currently ship across Canada and United-States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and available shipping service.

We use trusted shipping carriers, including Canada Post and other available carriers, to provide you with the most affordable shipping option whenever possible.

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.

 

United States

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and available shipping service.

Estimated delivery: 4-8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow additional time during launches, promotions, holidays and periods of high order volume.


Tracking

All orders shipped with a trackable service will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your package has been scanned by such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Soedé's control.
